kinesthetic differentiation, rhythm and reactivity will be a major focus. Some dancing will be introduced for fun and to teach
rhythm.

Fun Fitness and Athletic
Development
Youth in
Fitness will use fun games to integrate callisthenic type
movements, including strength technique. This class will stress team work and cooperative games, including
basic movement skills. Games will also be utilized as agility drills.
Children will learn about how to jump and land correctly as well as
how to accelerate and decelerate with correct technique. Advanced/combination coordination development will
be stressed through a systematic teaching of biomotor skill. We will use Skill Sets to teach
this.
Speed, strength and agility will be developed throughout the long
term sessions (3 months to 1 year) and children will learn to enjoy play, movement and become better
"athletes".

year long.
Speed Teaching and Athletic
Development
These sessions will be more focused on strength work in order to
increase speed. We welcome all children who want to participate, regardless if they are “athletic" or not as
we believe all children are athletes.
The major focus of the speed camp is to help children become faster
"athletes" and faster kids. In achieving this we will focus on all aspects of athletic development, including
speed work, strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, agility, rhythm and
reactivity.
Form and technique will be emphasized in order for kids to reach
their full potential over the course of a long term (3 months to 1 year) approach. This is an excellent
program to prepare for soccer, basketball, lacrosse, hockey or any other sport.
